“A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently allows you to grow.” – William Shakespeare. To commemorate Friendship Week, Bondue held activities such as a Friendship Welfare Drive and a Photo Booth. Bonduers were able to create lasting memories by taking pictures with their friends at the Photo Booth, while the Welfare Drive encouraged friends to spend time together.

“Coming together is the beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is a success.” — Bondue 17th Anniversary, Victoria & Zamir. Bondue’s 17th Anniversary aims to remind Bonduer’s of our roots and celebrate Bondue as a whole — the friendships and memories forged, and the growth and achievements of our Bonduers.
“There are friends, there is family, and then there are friends that become family.” In conjunction with Friendship Week, we hosted a series of activities: Welfare Drive, Gratitude Booth, Giveaway. The Gratitude Booth allowed Bonduers to pen down their appreciation onto a practical notepad – our specially curated name tents, while the Welfare Drive provided avenues for friends to spend time together.

Self-care isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. The Mindfulness Project is an initiative that aims to empower individuals by providing them a platform which they can increase their knowledge, deepen their understanding and offer better support to fellow peers and themselves during trying times.
“When the world is so complicated, the simple gift of friendship is within all of our hands.” – Maria Shriver. Förändra stands for “one change” in Swedish. Taking inspiration from Sweden, the world’s most sustainable country, we have alot to learn from and do in the various capacities we are in. At Bondue, we care and would love for Bonduers to be inspired and involved to do our part for sustainability too. With the idea of one change, no matter how big or how small it is, it is about taking the first step that we can each do!
“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” — Aesop. We hosted our Mid Term Welfare in conjunction with The Great Move where we hope to inspire more students to show gratitude and kindness to the people around them.
